General HR Services

Ineffective human resource management systems can result in high staff turnover, industrial disputes, breaches of legislation, unfair dismissal claims, and more – all with significant impact on your business productivity and viability.
DJMIR offers services to assist you manage your human resource management systems effectively. We can work with you in areas such as documentation, Performance Management, and strategic planning or restructuring.

Workplace Relations

Members receive straightforward and/or factual information such as rates of pay, assistance with award interpretation, leave entitlements and required record keeping are available as part of our Workplace Relations Helpline

Members receive assistance with understanding their obligations under the Fair Work Act 2009 and the National Employment Standards (NEST) as well as guidance on the application of Modern Award conditions of employment and transitional arrangements specific to the Australian Early Childhood sector.

Members also have open access to the Document Library that provides members with access to a range of documents to assist in general administration of staff.

Documents range from offers of employment and job descriptions to performance management, leave, rostering and dismissal tools.

  • The resolution of specific workplace issues including unfair dismissals, protected action applications, wages claims and prosecutions;
  • planning and negotiating Enterprise Agreements;
  • Strategic workplace reform and service restructuring.
  • Workplace documentation and legislative requirement assessments and reviews to ensure workplace relations compliance.

Regulatory Compliance

Workplace Compliance Assessments assist businesses to identify how compliant they are with relevant Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act 2009.
The assessment identifies any issues that need to be addressed through a prioritized plan and develops a list of needs and strategies to address any issues.

Training and Seminars

DJMIR runs industry specific seminars on contemporary issues impacting service providers. Training and Seminars In addition, DJMIR can design training programs specifically to meet business and participant needs.

DJMIR can assist you in identifying the critical elements required for staff to perform at a peak level and help you to develop a program to achieve your goals.
