More common over the last few years has been claims by staff that they are being bullied even when your trying to them about their performance or responsibility or making injury to mental health claims triggered by everything from Covid to being disrespected by a child or being asked to turn up to work on time.
Although some claims may well be true, the list of excuses that employees will conger to be paid for not working is depressingly endless
